Court orders for lawfully authorized electronic surveillance go, with the Service Provider Authorization and Law Enforcement Request (LER) forms, to [email protected], or by fax to 866.217.4097. Records requests (subpoenas, court orders for records, search warrants) go to [email protected].
On receipt, our legal team reviews every order for validity of the requestor and then for authenticity and correctness before anything is implemented. From there our liaison team coordinates delivery with the agency's monitoring center for the life of the order.
